need to associate a payment card. All devices come with SIM cards and are ready to use, so you only need to connect via our cloud interface.<\/p><ol><li>Go to 'Devices' in the top bar.<\/li><li>Tap on the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.gsmcloud.com\/devices\/create\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New Device<\/a> Top right corner.<\/li><li>In the 'Name' field, enter the desired name for the device.<\/li><li>In the 'IMEI' field, enter the IMEI number found on the side of the device. This is also where you transfer ownership of a project. If the device still has the default ID, you can find it in the product manual.<br \/><br \/><em><em><em>Note: There can only be one slave per ID. Our Modbus master cannot change the slave ID, so you need to change it physically on the device via dipswitches. If this is not possible, the device must be connected to a computer with the included software (we cannot help with this unless the device is purchased from GSMCloud or GSM Teknik).<\/em><\/em><\/em>Tap on 'Add Port'.<\/li><li>Select name, address and port type. We recommend that you follow the manual for your Modbus device to set up slaves correctly.<\/li><li>If the device is sending information to the system, select \"Input\".
